1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Official instructions for removing your personal data from Kibblix systems.
To request deletion of your Kibblix account and personal data, email hello@kibblix.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address or phone number used for your account. After identity verification, Kibblix will delete or anonymize eligible personal data, except information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or order-record requirements.
2. Step-by-Step Request Guide
Follow these simple steps to initiate your request.
Send an email to hello@kibblix.com from your registered email address.
Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your registered phone number or email address in the message body.
Our Privacy Team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account before processing the request.
3. Processing Timeframe & Exceptions
When your data will be removed and what records must be preserved.
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days after successful identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
In accordance with applicable laws, certain transactional records (such as completed order invoices required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention) must be retained and cannot be deleted immediately.
