All orders placed through Kibblix are subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock limitations or inaccurate account information.
We accept secure online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt of your pet supplies in Qatar.
2. Delivery, Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours for an exchange or refund in accordance with our return guidelines.

All pet foods, treats, toys, and grooming accessories are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may be updated without prior notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate delivery addresses, phone numbers, and recipient details to ensure timely order fulfillment and WhatsApp invoice delivery.
